Job Details

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and service operations of a growing Mechanical Contractor. This position will work closely with leadership and field operations, helping coordinate service activity while handling key administrative functions including AP/AR, invoicing, documentation, and scheduling. The ideal candidate has experience working for an HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, or related Skilled Trades contractor and understands the fast-paced nature of a service-driven environment.

MUST HAVE:

• Experience working for an HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, or related Skilled Trades contractor
• AP/AR, invoicing, billing, or related accounting support experience
• Service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or field operations support experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable communicating with technicians, vendors, customers, and leadership

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience supporting a Commercial HVAC or Mechanical service department
• Experience coordinating technicians or field crews
• Familiarity with service management, dispatch, or accounting software
• Experience supporting a growing Mechanical Contractor
