Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents grappling with mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, those dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Your role is pivotal in offering a safe space for these young individuals, enabling them to express their feelings and concerns, which contributes to effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience delivering individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus as a part of our comprehensive compensation package.
