Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and mental health services to clients, using a combination of individual and group therapy techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses utilizing standardized psychological tests, one-on-one interviews, and established assessment tools to inform client treatment.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, incorporating evidence-based modalities and best practices for effective therapeutic intervention.

• Engage in crisis intervention and emergency support, including comprehensive risk assessments for suicidal ideation and coordinating hospitalizations when necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and other social workers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health records system with precision and within required timeframes to meet compliance standards.

• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings aimed at professional development and knowledge sharing to enhance service delivery within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of our clients experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex psychological issues. Your expertise will be vital in addressing the unique needs of our patients, promoting mental wellness, and facilitating recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, with a current LCSW license in good standing is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, providing evidence-based therapy to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-informed practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
