This role primarily operates in a remote outpatient office setting, which promotes flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, employing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement customized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, life goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and effective self-care strategies to empower their recovery process.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness in response to evolving client needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously refine and improve your clinical approach.
