Job Description

As our Client Executive focused on Healthcare SaaS growth and new business sales, you will win new business, expand and renew existing client relationships, and achieve top-line and recognized revenue goals across your territory. Working within the Sales organization, you will target medium to large hospitals and physician practices with the potential for high transaction volumes and long-term revenue streams.

You will lead customer discovery, develop strategic relationships, shape deal strategies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate opportunities through closing.

You will reside in Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania . This role is remote and requires 50% travel.

You'll have opportunity to:

• Develop and implement territory strategies for new business, client renewals, and the upselling of additional products and solutions.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with medium to large hospitals, hospital systems, and physician practices.
• Lead product demonstrations, customer discovery, contract negotiations, and account-closing activities.
• Conduct phone-based prospecting and onsite cold calls, advancing prospective clients through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate deal execution and manage client relationships to support revenue growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50%.
• 5+ years of Healthcare SaaS sales experience in healthcare revenue cycle management within a Healthcare IT company, with a record of meeting sales targets.
• 5+ years of experience selling and negotiating contracts within complex healthcare organizations, including hospitals, hospital systems, and large physician groups.
• 5+ years of experience in the provider healthcare industry, including managed care and revenue cycle management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
