Position Overview We are seeking an Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with planning, organizing, and supporting community events and promotional activities. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in event coordination and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities * Assist with planning and coordinating community events * Support event setup, operation, and breakdown * Organize event materials and promotional supplies * Welcome attendees and provide general information about the company * Maintain event records and inventory * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution Minimum requirements: * Strong communication and organizational skills * Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and time management * Availability for occasional evening or weekend events * Previous event or customer service experience is helpful but not required
