Our client, a Medical Research company, is looking for a Supervisor, Supply Chain for their Miramar, FL location. Responsibilities include evaluating and determining salary levels, establishing titles and pay grades, supporting the performance review process, ensuring reasonable accommodation controls, supporting the Talent Acquisition hiring process, facilitating career planning initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal hiring laws.

Required Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in supply chain, materials management, warehouse operations, or healthcare supply. Demonstrated experience leading or developing a frontline team.

Preferred Work Experience: 3 to 5 years in supply chain operations. Experience with lean or visual replenishment systems. Prior healthcare or laboratory environment strongly preferred.

Knowledge: Inventory replenishment systems and supply chain operations. ERP inventory and requisition management. Supply chain analytics and performance monitoring tools. Lean operations principles including standard work and visual management. Supply chain performance metrics and operational KPIs.

Skills: Frontline people leadership including coaching, feedback, and accountability. Hands-on operational execution while managing a team. Clear communication across all levels of the organization. Structured problem identification and escalation. Continuous improvement orientation.

People Leader Responsibility: Reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager. Directly supervises Supply Replenishers and Lead Supply Replenishers at the assigned site. Conducts regular performance conversations and annual reviews for all direct reports. Recommends salary actions and promotions in partnership with manager and HR. Assigns daily work, monitors attendance, and ensures site coverage. Develops Lead Supply Replenishers as the primary internal candidates for supervisor advancement.

Work Environment: On-site daily presence required at assigned location. Laboratory and healthcare environment. Physical material handling required.

Required Education: High school diploma or GED required. Equivalent experience: 3 or more years of supply chain operations with frontline leadership may substitute for formal education requirements.

Preferred Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Operations Management preferred.

Competencies: Coaches and develops team members consistently through direct feedback and structured conversations. Builds development plans for internal advancement candidates. Holds the team accountable to operational and quality standards. Makes sound daily operational decisions independently. Maintains adequate site coverage and manages team performance effectively.
