Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our hospital facility in Henderson, where a collaborative atmosphere is fostered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate patient schedules and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the licensed Physical Therapist in executing individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through a range of therapeutic exercises and activities, ensuring they receive instruction on correct techniques to promote physical well-being and facilitate pain relief.
• Educate patients regarding their conditions, proper body mechanics, and effective home exercise programs to enhance their rehabilitation progress.
• Administer prescribed modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy while under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, documenting improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional ability, which is critical for comprehensive care planning.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain organization of equipment and supplies to optimize therapy sessions and improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to share insights and coordinate patient care, aiming to maximize therapeutic outcomes through a comprehensive approach.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering an uplifting environment.
• Adhere to best practices in patient confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct, ensuring a safe and respectful treatment atmosphere.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Access Health Care Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
