Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to understand clients’ needs and strengths, ensuring customized treatment approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing specific therapeutic goals and action steps along with the clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to facilitate comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Respond to crisis situations, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to safeguard client well-being.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation consistent with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to provide additional therapeutic avenues for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will support a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, and various relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field) from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years’ experience in an outpatient or mental health setting is required, preference may be given to candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or those who have previously worked in a community health context. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online service delivery is also a plus, enhancing our ability to meet client needs remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
