Saw Operator

Saw Operator Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Saw Operator workers for a metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, youll operate industrial saws to produce precise aluminum parts and support a quality-driven production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and working with machinery in a fast-paced setting, this job could be a great fit. Operate CNC and manual saws to cut aluminum panels and extrusions to precise measurements Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and cut lists Measure and mark materials using tape measures, calipers, and other tools Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols Perform routine saw maintenance and report equipment issues High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of experience operating industrial saws in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift experience is a plus Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
