Operations Specialist

Supporting the planning and execution of operational activities, the full-time remote Senior Operations Specialist will coordinate day-to-day processes, evaluate workflows for improvements, and collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across program workstreams to support efficient execution of contract objectives Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and service delivery Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and process gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve program performance Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in program operations, business operations, or process improvement Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing operational activities across multiple workstreams Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple operations and evaluate performance metrics Experience developing reports and interacting with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making
