Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Avis Behavioral Health Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and relationship dynamics, including individual and joint sessions with couples.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each client and family.

• Address a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, domestic violence, grief, family conflicts, and divorce adjustment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities to facilitate communication and problem-solving among family members.

• Provide ongoing support and adjustment of treatment as clients progress on their journey to improved mental health.

• Document all interactions and update client records via our digital health systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
