You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. Bring your communication skills and integrity to a caring, innovative team that puts people first and delivers through teamwork.

DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:30 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:30 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, offices, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, directing individuals to appropriate resources when needed.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.
- Prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
