Employment Law Attorney – Jones Networking (Baltimore, MD)
Base pay range
$190,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- At least 10 years of experience advising clients on management-side employment issues
- Litigation experience is a plus
- Conducting workplace investigations and training
- Responding to claims filed with federal, state and local agencies and courts
- Drafting position statements, court filings and other documents
- Provide strategic legal advice
- Advise clients on EEO issues, federal and state wage and hour law, and compliance with federal, state and local leave laws
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission in good standing to the Maryland State Bar
- Minimum of 10 years’ MD employment law experience
- Book of Business
