We are currently partnered with a large financial services and asset management firm looking to add an experienced Compensation professional to its team.

\n

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how the organization attracts, rewards, and retains talent across its workforce. This individual will support a broad range of compensation programs, including the annual compensation cycle, and partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Supporting year-end compensation processes, including data preparation, analysis, and quality review
\n
• Building compensation reports, forecasts, and market-data requests to inform pay decisions
\n
• Maintaining and improving salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture
\n
• Supporting annual incentive, equity, and other variable-pay programs
\n
• Benchmarking roles using external compensation surveys and internal data
\n
• Supporting pay-equity, job-classification, and regulatory-compliance reviews
\n
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition to develop compensation offers grounded in market data
\n
• Analyzing large data sets to identify trends and opportunities
\n
• Translating complex analysis into actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling
\n
• Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline compensation reporting and workflows
\n
• Supporting the evaluation and adoption of compensation technology, including AI-enabled tools
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Four to eight years of progressive compensation experience
\n
• Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, market pricing, and compensation analysis
\n
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
\n
• Advanced Excel and strong data-management skills
\n
• Ability to build, audit, and maintain complex compensation models
\n

1. Corporate Development Analyst/Associate
\n

\n

We are currently partnered with a financial services firm (Insurance) looking to add a Corporate Development Associate to its team.

\n

\n

This individual will work closely with senior executives on strategic and financial analysis related to acquisitions and other key business initiatives. The role will be responsible for evaluating transaction opportunities, building valuation and financial models, and helping communicate the strategic and financial rationale behind proposed acquisitions.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Researching and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities
\n
• Building valuation models, financial models, and business-case analyses
\n
• Assessing strategic alignment, market dynamics, and overall transaction value
\n
• Managing the due diligence process for potential acquisitions
\n
• Identifying risks that could affect transaction value and engaging the appropriate internal resources
\n
• Providing stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
\n
• Serving as a liaison between acquisition targets and internal subject-matter experts
\n
• Ensuring due diligence requirements are clearly communicated and completed
\n
• Consolidating findings from internal subject-matter experts
\n
• Distilling complex information into clear recommendations for senior executives
\n
• Monitoring the external market and providing recommendations based on analysis
\n
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
\n
• Two to four years of relevant experience within a financial services firm or consulting firm
\n
• Strong financial modeling and business-case analysis experience
\n
• Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
\n
• Strong judgment and the ability to handle confidential information
\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
\n
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results across an organization
\n
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
