Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial interviews and assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients’ backgrounds and treatment needs.

• Continuously evaluate clients’ progress through regular follow-up sessions, utilizing bio-psychosocial assessments and feedback from clients, families, and external referral sources.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues related to chemical dependency, using your knowledge of various treatment modalities.

• Cultivate a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients while demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction and recovery.

• Document all treatments and interactions securely, adhering to confidentiality protocols specific to client care and electronic communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients battling chemical dependency, which encompasses a broad range of substance use disorders. You will address not only their individual needs but also consider the impact of their addiction on their families and communities. By employing trauma-informed care, you will support diverse populations, tailoring your interventions to each client's unique cultural context and personal history, fostering lasting recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on addiction and mental health preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
