Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys connecting with candidates, supporting employees, and helping ensure payroll and HR processes run smoothly. What You Will Do: Lead and support recruiting efforts, including posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with the hiring process from start to finish. Provide payroll administration support by reviewing timekeeping information, maintaining accurate employee records, weekly payroll processing, and responding to payroll-related questions. Support onboarding and help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared for success. Serve as a professional and confidential point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR, payroll, and employment-related questions. Assist with employee records, HR communications, compliance documentation, and general HR administration. Contribute to a positive, people-focused workplace through clear communication, strong follow-through, and a helpful approach. What We Are Looking For: Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll administration, or a related administrative role. Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A friendly, professional approach with the ability to support both employees and leadership. Comfort working with Microsoft Office, HR systems, payroll systems, and timekeeping information. Comfortable working with an HRIS system, Paycom or like platforms. Associate's degree in human resources or business administration required, bachelor's degree preferred.
