Electric Motor Winder

We are seeking a dedicated Electric Motor Winder to support the repair and winding of electromechanical equipment. This role involves hands-on work with stator windings, motor leads, and electrical testing. No prior experience is required—we provide on-the-job training and weekly classroom instruction to ensure success in the role. This position follows a 4-days on / 4-days off shift schedule and is ideal for individuals who enjoy technical work, problem-solving, and being part of a high-performance team. Responsibilities Perform electrical testing of equipment Carry out the burnout of stators and stripping of stator windings. Clean and prep stator iron for rewinding. Install random wound windings and form coil windings. Complete stator connections and motor lead installations. Conduct final electrical testing of repaired equipment. Follow company safety protocols and quality standards. Qualifications & Requirements Working knowledge of AC induction motors. Ability to read and understand diagrams or schematics to meet custom winding specifications. Electrical aptitude and basic knowledge of electrical systems. Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse forklifts and overhead cranes Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse forklifts and overhead cranes Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable — must show up on time and ready to work each day. Must be able to pass a drug and physical test. Preferred Experience Experience in industrial electrical work, electrical maintenance, instrumentation, electrical engineering or power management is a plus.
