Avidian Wealth is seeking an Office Operations Associate to support a polished, efficient, and well-organized office environment while helping deliver a high-quality experience for clients, visitors, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage day-to-day administrative and office support responsibilities across a professional office setting.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience and Front Desk Support
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members.
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and help maintain a professional and organized front desk experience.
- Ensure common areas, conference rooms, and client-facing spaces remain clean, presentable, and ready for use.
Office Operations Support
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and fully stocked office environment.
- Monitor office supply levels and place routine orders for the primary office.
- Assist with office upkeep by communicating with building management or approved vendors regarding maintenance or service needs.
Administrative Coordination
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room preparation, refreshments, and basic setup needs.
- Respond to day-to-day internal administrative requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth daily office operations.
Multi-Office Coordination
- Help coordinate supply requests and communication across office locations as needed.
- Support consistency in administrative practices by following established processes and sharing updates with the appropriate team members.
- Assist with tracking routine office needs and escalating issues when necessary.
Team and Process Support
- Support a positive, responsive, and solutions-oriented office environment.
- Contribute to reliable execution of administrative tasks and operational support responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of administrative, office support, client service, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently.
- Comfortable working independently on routine responsibilities while coordinating with internal team members.
- Proficient with standard office technology and common workplace systems.

- Clients and visitors are greeted professionally and have a consistently positive office experience.
- Office supplies, meeting spaces, and shared areas are maintained with minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Administrative requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner.

- Office support tasks are completed consistently and help maintain a smooth, professional work environment.
