This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ The work model for the role is: Onsite Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. You will be mainly accountable for: HR Leadership & Strategic Partnership – Serve as the site HR leader and partner with senior site leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business objectives and organizational goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy. Comprehensive HRBP Support & Employee Relations – Provide full-spectrum HRBP support for manufacturing site employees, including employee relations, compliance guidance, performance management, and recruitment for hourly roles. Manage daily employee inquiries and ensure consistent interpretation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Employee Lifecycle, Investigations & Change Management – Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and leave management to return-to-work coordination—while partnering with Payroll, Benefits, and Supervisors. Lead fair, thorough, and timely investigations into workplace concerns, including hotline reports, with a focus on root cause resolution. Facilitate change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across business areas. Engagement, Projects & Data Integrity – Manage engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives, as well as company social events.
