Sr. Network Engineer

Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Brown & Brown is seeking a Sr. Network Engineer to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL or Plano, TX.   The Senior Network Engineer's primary responsibilities include all planning, design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the B&B network Will form and follow a standards-based architecture and design philosophy to assure the overall health, security and scalability of the network infrastructure. How You Will Contribute:   Works with the business to extract IT requirements to determine network solutions Analyzes business requirements and translates them into network solutions Articulates network solutions to the business in a clear and concise manner Produces detailed network design documentation, implementation plans and financial models Regularly executes implementation plans with minimal business impact Develops network solutions in alignment with security policies Produces engineering and installation plans to support new initiatives as well as prepare reports and documentation on the existing network configuration as required.
