Field Marketing Coordinator

Plan and execute community events, showcases, grand openings, and Realtor engagements Drive traffic and enhance the customer experience across multiple communities Activate national campaigns locally Improve community presentation and support content creation Provide insights that help drive sales performance Ensure signage, collateral, digital listings, and customer touchpoints are polished, consistent, and aligned with brand standards Manage the full event process, including planning, coordination, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up Handle data entry and reporting Track traffic trends and review online listings Evaluate sign routes and share weekly insights with leadership Manage marketing inventory and vendors Support photography and video needs Assist with community launches and closeouts Ensure information centers are visitor-ready Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community engagement Real Estate marketing experience preferred Strong event planning, project management, and communication skills Creativity and an eye for presentation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong social media and content creation skills Digital proficiency with social media management and content editing tools Comfortable traveling between communities and working evenings and weekends for events Skilled at building strong relationships with teams, partners, and the community Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in event planning, community engagement, and marketing strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive sales performance.
