An established and respected behavioral health organization is seeking to hire a full-time Psychiatrist capable of conducting expert diagnostic/risk assessments, pharmaco-genomically informed psychopharmacology, as well as individual, group and family therapy. There is a strong preference for candidates with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation experience and interest in neuromodulation technologies vital. The Psychiatrist will work with adolescents and emerging adults within the Open Setting Therapeutic Community which is the platform for Residential, PHP and IOP treatment at our organization.

We believe effective treatment requires of Professional Staff a collaborative spirit, capacity to utilize support in the face of uncertainty and risk, willingness to embrace several forms of intervention, and comfort with transparency linked with the professional challenges and mission of the organization. There are multiple opportunities for professional development through supervision with senior Professional Staff, peer consultation group, case consultations and workshops with visiting clinician scholars, daily clinical conference with the entire Professional Staff, and more!
