Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of relevant professional licensure (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• Demonstrated strong understanding and knowledge of substance use disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented practices.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy focused on addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
