- Ensure adherence to all food safety
- Manage and follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
- Manage and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Manage and follow recipe procedures
- Manage and keep equipment clean and organized
- Complete duties without constant supervision
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to manage and read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
- Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
- Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
