Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement a wide-ranging variety of evidence-based treatment protocols for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, pediatric issues, and sports-related injuries.
• Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with established physician plans, incorporating effective techniques to enhance mobility and function.
• Involve caregivers in the education process to empower them in supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize recovery and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment results, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings to discuss patient cases, share best practices, and strategize on improving overall care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
