Position Overview

Physical Momentum Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic rehabilitation center in Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and patient caseload. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical capabilities, limitations, and specific therapy needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and current evidence-based practices.
• Implement a wide array of therapeutic interventions designed to alleviate pain, restore functionality, and promote recovery, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrical stimulation.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies to enhance their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapist will work primarily with adult patients who may be recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic conditions, or seeking rehabilitation after injuries. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach to care, as therapists guide patients through their rehabilitation process, fostering motivation and resilience. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
