Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients in their home environments, utilizing both initial and ongoing assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans designed to alleviate pain and restore mobility, employing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments and outcomes for each session to share with other healthcare professionals.
• Reassess and adjust treatment strategies as necessary based on patient progress, ensuring that therapeutic goals are consistently met.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices to enhance independence and safety.
• Engage in continuous learning through workshops and professional development opportunities to remain current with industry practices and innovations.

Our services cater to a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients facing various mobility challenges due to injury, postoperative recovery, or degenerative conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in electronic health record systems, for documentation purposes.
• A genuine commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of experience in physical therapy, ideally including home health or outpatient settings.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or relevant advanced qualifications.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience with specialized populations such as pediatrics or geriatrics is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive yearly salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
