Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their specific needs and establish individualized treatment programs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to treat various conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Providing detailed education and consultation to patients and their families, ensuring they fully understand their treatment options and goals.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously to track outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, promoting interdisciplinary approaches to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various ages and physical conditions. This role will require tailored treatment approaches, adapting your skills to support patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your expertise will guide patients through their rehabilitation journeys, ensuring they regain functionality and confidence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications.
• The ability to build strong, therapeutic relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A proven record of developing effective treatment plans and achieving successful patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
