Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a HYBRID Project Administrator (Corporate Coding Resources) to join our team!Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm ESTThis hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform a full range of CPT coding duties, including reviewing, researching and assigning CPT codes to Labcorp procedures.Serve as a point of contact for CPT coding related questionsFacilitate stakeholder meetings and present information needed to drive meaningful discussion.Prepare comments for stakeholders and present solutions for implementation as needed.CCR Specific ResponsibilitiesLOINCLabcorp and ACLA workgroup Code Change Applications (CCA)CLFS (CMS) – Subject matter expert for CCR, Labcorp, ACLAAssign CPT coding for Pathology / Laboratory and other disciplines as needed as primary and back up coderTrain for CPC if not currently certifiedOther as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and 7+ years relevant experience or Associate degree with9+ years relevant experience or HS diploma or GED with 11+ years ofrelevant experiencePreferred Qualifications5 years of RCM experience5 years of Laboratory experienceCPC (AAPC) certification3 years experience in assigning CPT codes3 years of laboratory experience2 years experience with CPT coding, CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), AMA (American Medical Association)1 year of MS Office skills20% Travel (AMA, CMS, other as needed)Additional Job StandardsStrong communication skillsSkilled in problem solving and guiding solutionsStrong analytical and organizational skillsWorks independentlyEffective collaboration across diverse teams and leadership levelsTravel required (AMA, CMS, other as needed)At Labcorp, you are part of a journey to accelerate life-changing healthcare breakthroughs and improve the delivery of care for all.
