Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring you remain connected to students, families, and educational staff. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, administrators, and healthcare professionals, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to deliver services effectively. While the days of the week are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, flexibility in your schedule is important to meet the dynamic needs of students, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your core duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of students' psychosocial needs, taking into account various emotional, mental, and social factors.

• Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with students and their families that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

• Providing counseling and emotional support to students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues.
\n
• Advocating for students' rights, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support services.

• Facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution among family members involved in a student’s care and education.

• Monitoring students' progress by conducting regular, virtual check-ins and making adaptations to care plans when necessary.

• Conducting educational workshops for parents and guardians, aimed at equipping them with strategies to support their children’s mental health.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Staying informed about current best practices, policies, and regulations within social work and education sectors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be students from diverse backgrounds, ranging from elementary to high school. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
