Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental and emotional needs, and collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support symptom resolution.

• Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices appropriate for the client’s unique circumstances.

• Work closely with a team of psychiatrists and allied health professionals to contribute to program development and patient care initiatives.

• Evaluate and monitor patients' ongoing biopsychosocial needs, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in circumstances and progress.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care required for their continued success and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with senior citizens residing in senior living communities, addressing the unique psychosocial challenges they face, such as loneliness, grief, depression, and anxiety. Your role will be pivotal in creating a supportive atmosphere where seniors feel valued, understood, and empowered to work towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, along with a valid LCSW license.

• A Medicare provider number is preferred, although not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
