Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ situations and needs through initial interviews and ongoing evaluations.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals, ensuring they address each client's unique challenges and strengths.

• Provide crisis intervention support and guidance to clients in distress, helping them navigate immediate issues while fostering long-term coping strategies.

• Regularly monitor and review client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress to support evidence-based practices and legal compliance.

• Participate in case conferences with our multi-disciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance comprehensive care.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources and services, ensuring clients have access to additional support in their recovery journey.

• Occasionally provide expert testimony or evidence in court regarding client progress and treatment needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus, generous paid time off, and sick leave.
