About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology vision and strategy, with a focus on advancing healthcare technology solutions. The CTO will be responsible for developing and refining the enterprise technology strategy, leading the creation of technology roadmaps, and overseeing the development and enhancement of healthcare platforms, data systems, and reporting capabilities. This executive role requires a strong understanding of healthcare technology, data systems, and regulated environments, as well as experience with relevant platforms. The successful candidate will drive innovation by monitoring industry trends and ensuring robust security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness across all technology platforms. Key responsibilities for the CTO include mentoring and developing technology leaders, shaping the organizational culture, and representing the company at industry events. The role demands a minimum of 10 years of progressive technology experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute enterprise technology strategies, excellent communication skills, and expertise in AI strategy, data governance, and vendor management. A Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile credential is preferred, and strong financial acumen is essential for budgeting and resource allocation.
