Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your home or any location suitable for you. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that facilitates seamless communication with clients. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring weekends are free for personal time and rejuvenation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and client confidentiality.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish initial client evaluation and treatment planning.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, regularly evaluating client progress through weekly sessions.

• Document client interactions, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and treatment records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision and professional development, collaborating with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a varied population, including individuals facing substance abuse challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
