• Conduct a minimum of 25 therapy sessions per week, engaging in individual, couples, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing assessments and feedback to tailor approaches to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address and alleviate mental health issues.

• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients, facilitating their journey to overcome obstacles and achieve personal growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate recording of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the field of counseling.

The Licensed Clinical Counselor will primarily serve adult clients, often experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will work collaboratively to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
