Make an impact supporting K–8 students as a bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity runs through June 2027, with a flexible 20-hour weekly schedule over five days per week, providing exceptional work-life balance. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts SLP-CCC certification is essential
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
- Experience working in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings highly preferred
- Open to SLPs at all professional stages, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Comfortable working with teletherapy platforms and technology
- SLPA credentials or experience in school/healthcare settings considered an asset
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K–8 students, addressing a variety of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings with teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring with thorough documentation
- Deliver services both onsite and virtually, ensuring continuity of care
- Support culturally and linguistically diverse learners, leveraging Spanish language skills
