Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' range of motion and strength to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Create individualized therapy plans based on thorough assessments and evidence-based practices to achieve maximum recovery.
• Guide patients through tailored recovery sessions, ensuring they understand their goals and the steps required to achieve them.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and speech therapists, to coordinate care and adjust plans as needed.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health records system, monitoring outcomes and making necessary modifications to treatment plans.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care and recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida or eligibility for state licensure.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to attracting top talent and offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 – $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
