Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient-specific goals.
• Manage a dynamic patient load, typically seeing 2 to 3 patients per hour, ensuring effective time management and quality care.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' mobility and function, aiming to reduce dependency on medications and surgical interventions.
• Incorporate fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' needs, promoting overall health improvement.
• Document patient progress meticulously using established EMR software, such as WebPT, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Employ motivational techniques to inspire patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them achieve their physical goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and positive patient outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. This includes individuals who are dealing with post-operative pain, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our goal is to empower these clients by enabling them to restore movement and function, allowing them to return to their daily activities with confidence.

Qualifications

• Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number or the ability to obtain one before starting employment.
• Proficient manual therapy skills and a strong foundation in therapeutic exercises.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team dynamic.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior work experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing orthopedic rehabilitation programs.
• Proficient in advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
