Our state-of-the-art facility, encompassing 5,000 square feet, is designed specifically for sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on a collaborative environment where our team, which includes experienced physical therapists and certified physical therapist assistants, works closely to deliver personalized and effective treatment plans.

Work Environment

This role is located onsite at our Fort Myers Beach facility, where you will directly interact with patients in a welcoming and professionally equipped environment. The clinic's atmosphere is designed to promote healing and rehabilitation, allowing therapists to utilize the latest technologies and treatment modalities. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured and supportive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to efficiently identify individual treatment goals and needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, typically involving one patient per hour, ensuring focused and personalized treatment sessions.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Develop tailored fitness and wellness programs that encourage proactive engagement in health.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adapting care plans as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care and progress to ensure continuity and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring patients receive holistic support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population of patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid Florida state license as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques, particularly in orthopedics.
• Strong manual therapy skills and the ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols.
• Experience with EMR systems, especially WebPT software, to streamline patient documentation and enhance service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
• History of successfully collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
