Work Environment

Your primary setting will be onsite within our home care facility, where you'll have direct access to patients in a comfortable and familiar environment. The work hours are structured as Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that is crucial for maintaining your well-being while helping others. You will be surrounded by supportive colleagues and team leaders who advocate for patient-centered practices in physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's physical condition, discerning goals and individual needs to develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement a wide range of therapeutic techniques that have been proven effective, focusing on improving motion and mobility and striving to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
• Design and carry out tailored fitness and wellness programs that meet the unique requirements of each patient, considering their lifestyle and rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize advanced modalities and equipment within evidence-based frameworks to deliver high-quality, personalized care.
• Support and motivate patients in achieving healthier lifestyles by enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through engaging therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your role will directly impact their recovery processes, enabling them to regain independence and improve their daily function. You will apply your expertise to educate patients about their conditions and involve them actively in their therapy, fostering a sense of ownership of their health journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards and practice requirements.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy focused on orthopedic rehabilitation is essential, showcasing a proven ability to manage various musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with your expertise and experience.
