Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients referred for therapy, assessing their needs, conditions, and functional goals.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and patients' individual goals.
• Administer a variety of interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programs accordingly to ensure optimal results.
• Provide education and consultations to patients and caregivers about their conditions and the prescribed treatment plans.
• Document all treatments and outcomes accurately and promptly in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to improve service delivery and enhance stakeholder communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Trinity Health Physical Therapy LLC, you will primarily work with patients dealing with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in word processing and various computer applications.
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with patients and demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Specialized training or certification in orthopedic therapy, sports medicine, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
