Work Environment

The work is primarily onsite at our dynamic Rehabilitation Center situated in a vibrant community bordered by beautiful beaches, creating a serene atmosphere for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mindful Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with varying functional limitations and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Consulting effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure a well-rounded approach to each patient's continuum of care.
• Engaging with all patients respectfully and in compliance with our customer service standards, regardless of age, background, or culture.
• Implementing and modifying treatment programs, reassessing and documenting patient progress regularly, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including physicians and support staff, to discuss and implement appropriate clinical interventions and changes to care plans.
• Attending and contributing to regular staff meetings, workshops, and continued education to maintain professional competence and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population you will serve includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our therapists aim to foster a supportive environment that empowers patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals through hands-on support, education, and motivation.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy and current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, alongside strong computer skills, particularly in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, candidates with background knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation or specialized techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic modalities are preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches will set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits

Mindful Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional needs.
