The position is based in a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in the beautiful Fort Myers Beach area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in order to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic methods such as hands-on therapy, exercises, and the latest rehabilitation technologies to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress effectively, making updates as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on appropriate physical therapy techniques and the use of assistive devices.
• Engage in regular reevaluation of patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as required to meet established therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and participating in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will engage with a diverse client population, ranging from younger athletes to older adults needing rehabilitative care. Qualifications

• A Doctorate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid state license in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
