Controller

Compensation $110,000 - $135,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Controller to join their team! Be a part of a rapidly growing organization that is transitioning from small company operations to a more corporate structure. This is an exciting opportunity to step in and make a significant impact on the financial operations, driving efficiency and compliance. The role is open due to the company's expansion and requires someone with a proactive attitude to streamline processes and support further growth. Key Responsibilities & Duties Oversee accounting operations including general ledger and payroll Ensure timely and accurate financial close processes Reconcile bank accounts and Line of Credit daily Prepare and present internal financial reports Maintain and strengthen internal controls Support budgeting and forecasting activities Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors Analyze financial data to support business decisions Develop and implement accounting policies and improvements Supervise and mentor accounting staff Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing audits and working with auditors Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical and organizational skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience CPA certification preferred Experience with Sage and transitioning to NetSuite Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
