Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Mosaic Mastery Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and treating a wide range of presenting issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Developing tailored treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.

• Facilitating communication strategies as a pivotal part of conflict resolution during therapy sessions.

• Participating in team meetings to discuss case reviews, share best practices, and collaborate on patient care strategies.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest research in family therapy approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with complex issues such as job stress, medical complications, blended family dynamics, separation, and divorce. Qualifications\n
