Job Summary Prepares, sorts, and completes data entry of documents provided by Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments Reviews data for deficiencies or errors and verifies data by comparing to source documents Retrieves data from database or electronic files as requested Sorts, organizes, and files paper documents after data entry Completes other clerical duties in support of Operations and Accounting departments. Qualifications Proficient/current knowledge of computer systems and MS Office Basic understanding of databases High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to work under time constraints Strong attention to detail skills Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
