Job Description Accounting Advisory Manager OverviewThe Accounting Advisory Manager will lead engagements in M&A due diligence, valuations, forensic analysis, and technical accounting. Accounting Advisory Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead client engagements in M&A due diligence, valuations, and forensic analysis. Provide technical accounting expertise to address complex financial reporting challenges. Implement systems and processes to improve client operational efficiency. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive advisory solutions. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client stakeholders. Travel as required to support client engagements and project delivery. Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development. Accounting Advisory Manager Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required. CPA certification is preferred, showcasing advanced accounting expertise. Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting and auditing. Proven track record in M&A due diligence, valuations, and forensic analysis. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and technical accounting principles. Experience with systems implementations and process improvements. Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements.
