We are seeking a senior level Executive Assistant to join our team onsite in Pittsburgh, PA for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity! If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executives following organizational policies and practices, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative support
Prepare correspondence and reports
Screen phone calls and visitors
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
Follow organizational policies and practices
May supervise or provide work direction to lower level secretaries
Operate a PC and software packages
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executives at the enterprise level
Minimum of 5 years of experience performing confidential secretarial and administrative support
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Associates degree required
