About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Specialty Software Engineer to help drive complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. In this role, you will work on large-scale technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of innovative software solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex business and technology environments.
Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives that support enterprise-scale objectives.
• Analyze and solve large-scale technical challenges, including problems requiring evaluation of multiple variables, dependencies, and emerging requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that align with organizational and client goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, business partners, and stakeholders to define requirements and drive successful outcomes.
• Apply sound engineering practices, policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all phases of development.
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations on complex projects and architectural decisions.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering, specialty software engineering, or related technical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of software architecture, systems integration, and modern development practices.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence project direction.
• Experience consulting with business and technology teams on strategic initiatives.
